Help with Plantar Fasciitis?

Hi guys. I have had plantar fasciitis for about a year. I have tried correct footwear, heel pads, foot orthothics, ice, rest, night splints (everything really). I refuse to have cortisone injections as they often make it worse and i hate needles. My doctor just says to rest it but i have already taken 4 months out of the football season and it hasnt made it any better. Has anyone else had this? What should I tell the doctor to make him do something for me? I am a teacher and high level football player and its holding me back. Thanks :)

The solicitor did not realise that the money was outstanding for nearly 2 years. My question is do you think that I should defend myself as I have tried to pay a major part of the money after explaing that I was incorrectly advised which I can prove in court. The proceeding is for a total of 2.2k which includes solicitor costs of 80 pounds. In a new letter today they have stated that if their claim is successful they will seek an order to pay the firms cost which they state is one thousand pounds. What Benefit would be gained out of Australia becoming a Republic?

Why become a republic at all? What is the point? Would giving absolute power to an Australian head of state be a good thing? It's a really difficult scenario because if you guys say anything she is going to be so delighted that it has upset you and empower her silly behaviour even more. If you feel something has to be said then it should probably come from your husband. But what to say depends on your family dynamic and his relationship with her. Is she equally indifferent to him? I know my SIL has always been the spoilt one in my husband's family and it has continued into adulthood. My MIL's favourite phrase is 'flesh of my flesh'. Your horse is a pretty cute mover. The frame is pretty good for a young horse. You need a lot more leg so he steps under himself. He looks a bit like a quarter horse so he'll never be that elegant type of hunter but he has pretty good conformation from what I could tell. But bend to the inside. It seems like in the canter you were either straight or bent to the outside. Overall yes but definitely with some more miles. Cute horse :)

ummmm im getting braces in 11 days im soo nervous and excited! but one of my molars is kind of wiggily, and its a baby tooth ;) are they going to pull it out...or just leave it there because im afraid the braces will rip it out! HELPPPP.

BABY goats, I need help?

I bought 2- 1 week old baby goats. They were skinny when i got them. How do i put weight on them. They are currently eating between 10 OZ and 20 OZ per feeding and 3 feedings a day. Thats what there breeder recomended. There breeder recomended WHOLE cows milk but I purchased grade a high energy 20 calf milk replacer. The feed store says it works with goats. I chose to not to feed, which is my choice and I feel like I was looked down on when I went to my first wic appointment with my son 3 months ago. I understand why feeding moms continue to get food for themselves (I get less food and milk/juice than I did when I was pregnant up until 6 months postpartum which doesn't bother me) but why do fed babies get more jar foods than formula fed babies? Should I always pick-up my baby when she cries?

with our 1st, we picked her up when she cried. I had read it gave a sense of comfort. We also allowed her to sleep with us most of the time. Either all night, or in the middle of the night. Now the 1st is turning 6, sleeps in her own bed & is relativly good mannered. Our 2nd is going along the same path. That's a long list of "problems." Well, it could be a number of things one of which could be that you are 14. Please, don't take offense to this but a lot of things are happening at age 14. I think it's a good thing that you are asking questions though, it shows you are smart and are paying attentions and know when something doesn't seem right. The best thing to do, in my opinion, is to talk to someone. It does matter who but it doesn't have to be a professional, though that wouldn't hurt. You can just talk to a school counselor or an adult that you trust but it's important to keep yourself open to what they have to say because it may not be what you want to hear. You also shouldn't let them tell you there is nothing wrong if you think there is something wrong because you know yourself better than anyone else. Good luck.

Hi- I have natural level 5 roots according to Sallys- so i got this color and peroxide to match. My hair is shoulder length and is a level 8 blonde from many highlights and sunshine. When I put gas in my 2000 Town and Country it starts backfiring or chugging if I speed up too quick.?

I have tried different gas stations, changed the fuel filter had pressures checked and can't figure out why it makes that popping noise. When I press the gas it feels like gas isn't quite getting there it kinda sputters. It has been like this for about 6 months so I was told it probably isn't the fuel pump. My gas gauge has been off since this started so i don't know if it is the same reason but I have twice run out of gas when I had a little over 1/4 tank of gas and gas light wasn't even on yet. any help would be appreciated. Next step at mechanics is they will try and replace the pump and see if that does it. I am a single mother of 3 and don't have the extra cash to cross my fingers and hope that is what the problem is. Head gasket bad or just an oil leak?

i have a 95 ford explorer 6 cyl standard shift.. and it has an oil leak..i brought it to a garage and he said it was a head gasket but im not sure it is. I think hes lying to me to get the money, because im a woman. I have talked to many people and researched it online, and i just dont think that its the head gasket. It runs great, no white smoke coming out of the tailpipe nor any antifreeze or water dripping out, nor does it spit and sputter or have problems going up hills. It does not lose any power, its just an oil leak as far as i can see. Now..i havnt checked the oil yet to see if there is antifreeze mixed in or taken the antifreeze somewhere to test that either. A friend took it on a 6 hr trip,before we knew there was a leak and he said he had no problems with it. No overheating or hesitating or anything..he just had to put a little oil in it. It only leaks when its being ran, it stops after its parked.

I miss my husband... he won't call me... how can I cope?

My husband drives truck over the road, and he doesn't call me much, maybe once every 4 or 5 days... that is, if I text him asking him to. The other day his mother called me to let me know that he called her from the payphone 4 times that day! Number 1: why did she have to call me to tell me that? Number 2: good that he loves his mother, but he will not call me one time and call her 4? Anyway, I didn't make a big deal to her, because I think that's what she wants. And also, I just stopped asking him to call me. I feel like I'm begging. He tells me he has no money to call from payphone, no time to stop, etc, etc... he can come up with all different excuses. And when we talk, he is very quick or doesn't have anything to talk about. Right now he's in Wyoming and I'm in Florida. I have been home alone since Dec. 14. I don't have kids. We're both in our 30s. All my family live overseas. I have a few friends, true friends, but still... I wanted my husband to be more present in my life. Understanding that jobs aren't just flourishing, but sometimes it's not quantity time, but quality time. A phone call here, a caring message there... these little things make a big difference. We've been married for 7 yrs, he's been driving for 3. I went over the road with him for a while, but could not because I have herniated disk. I have a job too, part time, and I enjoy staying in my home. I have 2 dogs that are my companions. I just don't sit there and cry, but just some moments, especially at night when I can't sleep and there is no one to talk to (like after midnight... lol), I get very depressed. Please Help! Problems with my parents not seeing their grandchildren.?

This relationship I have with my parents is more than strained at this point. My sister and I live in the same subdivision and my parents stop by and see my niece and nephew all the time. We live 1 min up the road. Sometimes they will go over there in the late afternoon and stay all evening and then come by my house for 15 minutes and by then it is too late and the my sons are in bed. This has been going on since we moved here like over a year ago. We visit them sometimes, but we stopped because they never come here. My sister never visits them. It makes no sense. She is older and has alot of near by family. My husband and I dont. The also babysit my neice and nephew alot. When I ask them they say they are going out and I never leave my children or go out to dinner alone with my husband because I have a son with Autism and my younger son has seizures. It hurts me. The last straw for me was the other night my parents power was off from a storm and I had invited them over.... well they ended up at my sisters house and the only reason I knew was because my brother was riding his bike in front of my house and he said that they came over to give my neice and nephew money. I called my mom and dad and told them they could see the grandkids whenever but I no longer wanted a personal relationship with them. Was that too harsh? What should I do or how should I handel this? I have brought this issue up at least 100 times. Please give me advice.

People are seperated from significant others all the time for military purposes or God only knows what else. So just deal with it for a little while until you turn 18. But be careful. A new form of time travel?

I'm writing a story and want to use a new form of time travel. Okay, I want to transfer from Alternative school to a Vocational school, i'm a sophmore. I went for the interview for the voc. school and they told me that the school i'm in now has me retaking algebra one which i took last year and ped. i'm like.. why am i taking this again and my math teacher was like "this is a private school and i can do that". it's really because im in math cl with special needs kids and they are taking alg. one. anyways, the voc school woman said that since i'm not in algebra 2 or geometry i do not meet the requirements to go to their school as a sophmore. i am looking to tansfer as soon as possible because i hate my school-its not challenging. Everyone talks about how they want to make the Earth a better place, but what would you do if you wanted to make life on Earth worse in the future (for humans and/or animals)? I am talking about you personally, so don't give an answer like "spread a bioweapon" or "detonate a nuke" unless you personally have the knowledge to do such a thing. Someone might say sell everything they own and burn the resulting pile of money, but this would actually result in zero effect because the remaining currency still in circulation would just become more valuable. Likewise, killing others simply alleviates the overpopulation problem or has negligible long-term societal impact (unless you know how to fly a plane). The most destructive thing that came to my mind is to burn my own house down (which is legal, although I'm not necessarily looking for legal answers). What about you? I am betting that the large majority of people are pretty impotent in accomplishing real good or real harm, unless they happen to be a special forces commando or President or something. Do you have any real power that could impact the globe, or are you just a pawn?
