Washing dirty dishclothes?

My load of whites that I do in a week includes white underwear and socks, as well as dirty dishclothes. I don't feel right putting both in the same load, because it seems like there would be contamination, even if it is a hot water load. But I dont have enough whites to do 2 loads. Is this a concern, or does the hot water disinfect everything?
