What are my legal rights to an unwanted guest who has left their stuff in my home?

Counter-sue him for storing the stuff for two years!!!! People RENT storage sheds and sometimes don't keep up the payments! I don't think the rental guys wait two years before auctioning the stuff off!!! Check your State's Laws on personal belongings left in another person's home. What would he have to sue about IF you had had a fire and everything had been burnt up!??? Was any of his stuff likely to BE a fire hazard?
