Is normal that RBK 6K GOALIE PAD color paint is coming off, now i can see the material under what should ido?

I brought a rbk 6k goalie pad and my second time using for pick up hockey after the game i found that the color on the pads are coming off is this normal or defack? i can see the material under the paint now, the paint is cracking on the top and the toe so what should i do?
