"Yipo Beyepa My?pehee"?

I went to Stepp Cemetery this weekend and there was a grave with some weird writing. I have no clue what language it was but it appeared to say "yipo beyepa my(symbol that looks like the roman numeral 2 but the lines are leaning in towards the top)pehee" The y in "Beyepa" looked strange. Like a u with an extended line on the right hand sign and the p's and a looked... odd for some reason. Can you give me a hand figuring out what language this is and what it says?
