BABY goats, I need help?

I bought 2- 1 week old baby goats. They were skinny when i got them. How do i put weight on them. They are currently eating between 10 OZ and 20 OZ per feeding and 3 feedings a day. Thats what there breeder recomended. There breeder recomended WHOLE cows milk but I purchased grade a high energy 20 calf milk replacer. The feed store says it works with goats. Any idea to get them to pick up or any tips i need to know or anything would be helpful
