Philadelphia Parking Authority -Scams/Stolen cars?cover up??

if anyone has any information reguarding scams/stolen cars/ corruption/and fake mail reguarding false claims of cancelled registration and insurance and this falsely incudes the state of pa issuing all this. this coincides with illegal ticketing, adding tickets never issued, towing cars and bribes takin from towing companies. IF ANYONE KNOWS ABOUT ANY OF THIS OR WOULD LIKE TO OFFER LEADS OR EVIDENCE PLEASE EMAIL ME OR SEND WORD UP ON HERE, THANKS!!!!
