I need help figuring out what to do with debt?

I have several school loans both federal and private that total a little more than $30,000 and I have one credit card that has racked up from school, etc. to about $14,000. I want to consolidate it all into one loan repayment to help me with the financial burden of paying it back. Can anyone help me figure out how?
