How much would Gamestop give me for this stuff?

The GameCube Console will get you 20 bucks, the Playstation 2 Console will get you 50-100 bucks if you're lucky, the Star Wars, Prince of Persia, Chronicles of Narnia, Tom Clancy Ghost Recons 1 and 2, Tak 2 Staff of Dreams, Jak and Dexter, and Guitar Hero 2 will get you about 5-10 bucks each coming to a total of 40-80 bucks, and controllers get you 5-30 bucks if you're lucky. It all depends on the demand of the game, the condition of the game, console, or other item you are trading, the number of copies they have in stock, and how rare or common the game is. GameStop rips you off big time. It's not worth it. Don't bother. You'll get more if you sell them on eBay instead.
