How to be a better seller on ebay?

I am new to be a seller on ebay. I am trying to sell german products striaght from Germany. I see that alot of people view my page and my items but no one is buying them. I even look at my competitors to get there prices and make mine a little cheaper. I had someone buy somethign from me but they flaked out and neve paid. Can anyone tell me what I might need to do or give there opinion about my store page? I would vey much appreciate it. I really want to become successful and earn a good amount of extra money from this. I just opened the store in Jan. so maybe i just need to give it more time. Please tell me what you think!
