To any Criminal Lawyers, what does this all mean, and what will happen in this case?

This is basically saying that you paid your bail appeared in court, and you are going to have to report to drug treatment rather than go to jail. Drug treatment is going to cost a lot more than going to jail would have. The fines are probably all the same, but now you will also have to pay the costs of the Drug treatment. Then it is saying you waived you evidence when you plead guilty.
