Whats wrong with me?

something weird is going on with my body. I have these lumps on the back of my neck, about 3-4 of them and I've been very tired lately. Also, i have this aching pain in my upper back on the left side and on my right side under my rib cage. My face is all the sudden braking out for no reason. I take care of my body so i have no idea whys this is all the sudden happening. I'm only 13 years old. Any help?
