I have this weird pain in my side.. i think its my appendix ?

If it's in the general area of where your appendix is, it could be appendicitis. I'm uming any mild movement that moves the area could be hurting it, which could be a sign. Any fever, loss of appetite or getting sick? Also, because the appendix and right ovary tend to be close together, it could be ovarian pain. I definitely think that if it's a sharp pain, you may want to go to the doctor just to be safe. Appendicitis can be deadly if you don't get it checked out and it ruptures.
