I got Marina coil fitted 2 weeks go and got some spotting started on last thurs and now its still spotting but?

I'm in a lot of pain today (mon). Not much bleeding at all but pain is more in left side and achy along with painful cramps. Is this normal. Its really quite painful - scared its moved or just the bleed. been on DEPO for 5 years. So had no periods at all. can anyone help?
