Where can i get a joystick video game that has like pac-man and galaga, games like that?

my dads b-day is coming up and he always palys it at his friends house, its a joystick that u plug into the TV that has like 5 games on it. it has ms pacman galaga and some other games but im not sure where to find it and i cant ask his friend where he got it. can some1 help plz
