Find a movie title please help!!?

I am looking for the title of a movie I saw when I was young... In the movie its a little boy and a man break his bike so he gives him a check but didn't but any amount of money on it so the little boy pout one million dollars on the check and goes and get the money i donno if I am really clear but i would really like to find the title of that movie
