Can Nerve Damage (tingling) be caused by a incarcerated hernia?

Ok for the last 3 years I have been tingling in my feet, legs, hands, arms and head and no doctor or specialist even a neurologist or rheumatologist or pain clinic can tell me what's going on had several test and it's not Carpal Tunnel or Raymonds Diseases so I am thinking if it could be caused my a incarcerated hernia that I just had surgery on cause it was painful body could not stand straight, walk or sleep with legs flat and it was probably in my body for over a year and it caused decay and plaque and poison. So could that be my answer?
