Should I still go with mechanical engineering?

My dream is to do a dual major in mechanical/aerospace engineering. The thing is is I''m slow at learning math. i'm taking remedial math courses at community college. I'm not doing well at all. The teacher gave me a B on my midterm although my grades should be a LOW C.
