HAHA what is wrong with him?

i called him at 10 pm a cppl nights ago wen i was buzzed and tol him i wnate to c him nbut ppl just went over. he called me bak at 12am but i was pe out....the next day i called him at 9am n told him I HAD A SURPRISE n he was too tired...so i said ur loss and he laughed. WTF IS WRONG WITH HIM? hes also my bestfriend who apparently likes me and i tol him i liked him n he doesnt think it wud work
